Refund & Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Kindly contact us prior to purchase regarding any questions or concerns and we will endeavour to answer all your enquiries.

Returns will not be accepted for goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

In the event that a return of product is required, you must first notify us of this and approval for return granted.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirming your order together with the registered post tracking number or courier tracking number.

Orders for items in stock will be processed within 48 hours of being submitted.

Orders for custom made Christening garments- please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. NO refund on custom made garments .

Flower girls and communion gowns- please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery should the garment you require not be in stock at time of order. A confirmation email will be sent to you with anticipated date of receipt of goods.

The appropriate delivery method Fastway Courier or Australia Post will be determined by Sweet impressions depending on factors including delivery networks, size and weight of order once packaged. We recommend a person is present between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm to accept delivery to your nominated address - signature may be required upon delivery.

Responsibility will not be taken for loss due to incorrect delivery detail as submitted by you at time of order.
